Are there any restrictions on booking services for certain properties?:
Yes, any property deemed dilapidated can only be booked for EXTERIOR images/videos. If you are out of service area, feel free to contact us.
Aerial services may be postponed due to extreme rain, wind and low cloud coverage.

How quickly can I expect my media to be delivered?:
DDREMF aims for next business day delivery after processing for photos and 2 business days for video.

Can I access my media through an online portal?:
Yes, log into your portal to conveniently download your media.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?:
For bookings over $500, a 30% retainer is required at the time of booking.
You can cancel your booking directly through your account up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.
If you reschedule, your retainer can be applied to the new date.
If you decide to cancel your retainer will be forfeit.
